What Happens After Your Request
- You send the home and your preferred times. Include the listing link or full address, whether you want to see it in person, and two possible time windows.
- We review availability and showing instructions. A listing may require notice or have limited access. Submitting a request does not reserve the home or a time.
- We coordinate and confirm with you. Julius or Reine will discuss the next step and the details of a visit. If access is unavailable, you can talk through alternatives.
If you have a moving deadline or are relocating to Hampton Roads, mention it. Please also tell us if you are already working with an agent or have signed a representation agreement.
Bring a Short List of Questions
- Does the layout fit the way you expect to use the home?
- What would your commute look like at your usual work hours?
- Which features are essential, and which are flexible?
- What should you learn about maintenance, association rules, parking, or insurance?
A tour helps you understand a property. It does not replace an inspection or guarantee condition, financing, or an accepted offer. Take notes so you can compare homes consistently.

Is my tour confirmed when I submit the form?
No. Your submission is a request. Burchette Homes will review it and coordinate with the listing side or seller. The appointment remains pending until the team confirms the details with you.
Can I send a home I found on another website?
Yes. Include the listing link or full property address. Availability and showing instructions may change, so the team will check the listing before arranging a visit.
What if I am already working with an agent?
Let us know before scheduling. Share the situation in your message so we can discuss the appropriate next step and any existing representation.
