Home Tours Across Hampton Roads

One request form serves these seven cities. Showing access and appointment times depend on the individual listing; the team confirms the details after reviewing your request.

Virginia Beach Home Tours

Compare the Oceanfront, Chesapeake Bay, inland areas and southern Virginia Beach. Use our neighborhood guides to build an area shortlist before choosing homes.

Explore Virginia Beach

Norfolk Home Tours

Send the exact property address and your daily destination. If you want to compare several homes, include the links so we can discuss a practical showing sequence.

Explore Norfolk

Chesapeake Home Tours

Include the city and ZIP code with the listing link. Chesapeake is a separate city from the Chesapeake Bay areas of Virginia Beach; the address identifies the right property.

Explore Chesapeake

Portsmouth Home Tours

Share the property and commute destination. If your route uses a bridge or tunnel, check the current crossing and toll information as part of your visit planning.

Explore Portsmouth

Suffolk Home Tours

Tell us which homes you want to see and offer two time windows. Compare routes from each exact address rather than assuming every listing has the same daily travel pattern.

Explore Suffolk

Hampton Home Tours

Request the home and preferred times. If you also plan to visit homes south of the harbor, mention the full list so we can discuss the route and schedule together.

Explore Hampton

Newport News Home Tours

Send the listing link and the places you travel to regularly. For a Peninsula-to-Southside commute, review the current bridge and tunnel resources before deciding on a home.

What Happens After Your Request

  1. You send the home and your preferred times. Include the listing link or full address, whether you want to see it in person, and two possible time windows.
  2. We review availability and showing instructions. A listing may require notice or have limited access. Submitting a request does not reserve the home or a time.
  3. We coordinate and confirm with you. Julius or Reine will discuss the next step and the details of a visit. If access is unavailable, you can talk through alternatives.

If you have a moving deadline or are relocating to Hampton Roads, mention it. Please also tell us if you are already working with an agent or have signed a representation agreement.

Bring a Short List of Questions

  • Does the layout fit the way you expect to use the home?
  • What would your commute look like at your usual work hours?
  • Which features are essential, and which are flexible?
  • What should you learn about maintenance, association rules, parking, or insurance?

A tour helps you understand a property. It does not replace an inspection or guarantee condition, financing, or an accepted offer. Take notes so you can compare homes consistently.

Home Tour Questions

Can I request a tour outside Virginia Beach?

Yes. This form serves Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News. Send the exact property address or link, city and preferred times. For another nearby community, ask the team to confirm whether a showing can be arranged.

Can I request a video walkthrough if I am relocating?

Mention that you need a remote option in your message. The team will check whether a live video walkthrough or another remote option can be arranged for that property. Access requires coordination and is not confirmed by submitting the form.

Is my tour confirmed when I submit the form?

No. Your submission is a request. Burchette Homes will review it and coordinate with the listing side or seller. The appointment remains pending until the team confirms the details with you.

Can I send a home I found on another website?

Yes. Include the listing link or full property address. Availability and showing instructions may change, so the team will check the listing before arranging a visit.

What if I am already working with an agent?

Let us know before scheduling. Share the situation in your message so we can discuss the appropriate next step and any existing representation.
